Andy Thomas, President
Andy Thomas has over twenty years of real estate, technology and general management experience. As President since 2001, Mr. Thomas leads Virtual Premise's overall operations and strategy development. He spent twelve years at Equitable Real Estate, serving as an Executive Vice President with involvement in the start-up and growth of multiple new initiatives and companies, including the acquisition, debt placement and asset management of several billion dollars of commercial real estate assets. As Managing Director of RealEstate.com, Mr. Thomas oversaw the launch of the company's commercial Web site, negotiating agreements with strategic partners in both the real estate and technology arena. As Managing Director at Portman Holdings, he was responsible for fostering relationships with capital sources and developing capital strategies for the company's worldwide development projects. Mr. Thomas received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jim Dooley, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Jim Dooley brings more than 25 years of high-tech sales and marketing experience to his role as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Virtual Premise. He has successfully worked with large and small organizations growing their sales and market share in competitive environments. Over the course of his career, Jim has worked in both executive sales and marketing leadership positions with such firms as Viasoft, NetPro, InfoMentis and MSA/Dun & Bradstreet Software. He also worked at Deloitte. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Niagara University and is a CPA.

Michael "Mike" Hawkins, Vice President, Business Relationship Management
As VP, Business Relationship Management, Mr. Hawkins is responsible for maintaining open communications with executives and managers of companies currently using Virtual Premise products, services and support to insure customer expectations are achieved and surpassed. Through his efforts, Mr. Hawkins assists customers in understanding how to leverage technology to meet ever expanding corporate real estate responsibilities and achive strategies goals in support of corporate goals and objectives. Prior to joining Virtual Premise, Mr. Hawkins was an Alliance Director in the Global Corporate Services Division of CB Richard Ellis where he worked on-site with several large corporations. His duties at CBRE included the delivery, integration and management of a full range of real estate services, to include Portfolio Management, Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Project and Construction Management, Facility Management and Executive Management Reporting. Having used a variety of technology platforms during his tenure at CBRE, Mr. Hawkins is well equipped to advise customers on the use of technology to support real estate operations. Mr. Hawkins holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BSBA in Finance from the Appalachian State University. He also holds the MCR designation from CoreNet Global and Real Estate Broker Licenses in North Carolina and Georgia. Mr. Hawkins is a retired United States Army Officer with more than twenty years of active commissioned service.

Philip Lee, Vice President, Client Operations
Mr. Lee has over twenty years of technology development experience, including ten years developing web-based applications and managing development teams. Mr. Lee manages the client operations area at Virtual Premise, responsible for delivering ongoing services and support to the existing customer base. This includes the infrastructure management for the delivery of the SaaS model. Prior to joining the company, he managed the team fulfilling all requirements for the development and ongoing management of a thin-client medical practice management application for the medical industry. In addition, Mr. Lee was directly involved with developing a variety of applications for the Georgia Department of Education, The Centers for Disease Control, Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, and in the Legal and Entertainment vertical markets. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Auburn University.

Kelly Kepley, Vice President, Lease Services
Ms. Kepley has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate operations. Ms. Kepley oversees the management of the company’s Lease Services Division. Prior to joining Virtual Premise, Ms. Kepley worked for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) managing the lease administration outsourcing account for a Fortune 5 company. Prior to ACS, Ms. Kepley spent ten years in lease administration for a retail shopping center owner and four years as a real estate consultant, working with owners and corporations to implement technology, data management and reporting strategies and four years in the corporate real estate sector. Ms. Kepley holds s Bachelor of Arts degree from Catawba College and is proficient in the management of numerous lease and property management systems including Intuit Real Estate Solutions, JD Edwards, Timberline, Horizon, Manhattan and others.

Jimmy Dykes, Vice President, Consulting Services
Mr. Dykes has been with Virtual Premise since early 2000 and brings over ten years of commercial real estate and technology experience to the company. He is responsible for the management of all software implementations and consulting services. During his career, Mr. Dykes has gained extensive experience in the utilization of technology for the management of corporate and commercial real estate. He works closely with Virtual Premise customers to enhance their use of the technology and to assist them with process improvements. Prior to Virtual Premise, Mr. Dykes worked for a commercial real estate consulting company focused on portfolio valuations, financial analysis and financial due diligence. During this time, Mr. Dykes analyzed over $6 billion worth of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Dykes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Emory University.

Yaton Bowens, Vice President, Technology
Yaton Bowens serves as the Vice President of Technology for Virtual Premise. He is responsible for implementing and integrating emerging technologies into the Virtual Premise solution platform. He also provides technical leadership to all areas of the company and defines the future of Virtual Premise technology offerings. Prior to joining Virtual Premise, Mr. Bowens worked in IT consulting, specializing in architecting and implementing EAI and B2B solutions on a variety of technology platforms. Serving over fifteen Fortune 500 clients, he directed product, developer, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise solutions. He has also led the design, development, implementation, and integration of several line of business applications for leading companies.

Dan Galenkamp, Director, Product Management
Mr. Galenkamp has been with Virtual Premise since early 2000 and brings over fifteen years of technology and commercial real estate experience to the company. He is responsible for product planning and design. He brings together customer needs, market drivers, and technology possibilities to create and implement best practice solutions for all customers that help them get the most value from their real estate portfolios. Prior to Virtual Premise, Mr. Galenkamp worked for a technology consulting company as well as several internet startups. Mr. Galenkamp holds a BA from Wheaton College.
