What is the cost of the conference?
Early Bird Rate: $825 - now through 2/29/12
Regular Rate: $975 - 3/01/12 through 4/30/12
Late Registration Rate: $1,100 - 5/01/12 and after
*This does not include the cost of your hotel stay, but does include the Welcome Reception, Grand Gala Event at the Georgia Aquarium, two breakfasts, two lunches, refreshments, and any conference materials provided.

For every four paid registrations from your company, you get a fifth conference registration free. Contact Natalie Meyer at nmeyer@virtualpremise.com for instructions to register the free attendee.
What is the hotel room rate and how do I make reservations?
The conference hotel room rate is $169 per night (plus 15% sales and occupancy taxes) for single or double occupancy. Please reserve your room by April 23, 2012 to receive the conference hotel room rate. This rate includes complimentary internet access in your room.

How do I book extra nights at the hotel if I am arriving early or staying longer?
Our hotel rate of $169 per night (plus 15% sales and occupancy taxes) is available for an additional three days before and three days after the conference if you wish to spend some extra time in Atlanta. Just book your additional days when reserving your room by one of the three ways mentioned above. Be sure to reserve your room by April 23, 2012 to receive the special room rate!
What are my payment options?
Easy online registration can be accessed here and allows you to register for the conference and make your hotel reservations at the same time. Conference fees must be paid in U.S. dollars by credit card or check (payable to Virtual Premise, Inc.). Checks should be mailed to 1900 Emery St. NW, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30318. If you are paying by check, a printable invoice in PDF format will be provided on a subsequent registration screen. Hotel reservations do require a credit card; however, you are not required to pay in advance for one night's stay.
What is the conference cancelation and substitution policy?
All conference cancelations and/or substitutions must be sent in writing via email to Natalie Meyer at nmeyer@virtualpremise.com. The following cancelation fees and dates apply.
- 100% refund now through 2/29/12
- 75% refund 3/01/12 through 3/31/12
- 50% refund 4/01/12 through 4/30/12
- 0% refund 5/01/12 and after
What is the Loews conference hotel room cancelation policy?
The cancelation of guaranteed hotel reservations must be received by The Loews 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax. If you must cancel your hotel room, please do so by calling the Loews Atlanta Hotel at (888) 563-9736.
What social networking opportunities will there be?
You can look forward to plenty of opportunities to network and visit with other VP customers! Opportunities include the Welcome Reception on the Loews Terrace held Monday the 14th from 6:30pm-8:30pm, the Grand Gala Event at the Georgia Aquarium held Tuesday the 15th from 5:30-8:30pm, as well as networking breaks in between sessions. The new VP Expo feature of the conference gives you more access to VP staff to view and discuss system functionality than ever before!
How can I book a one-on-one meeting with my VP Client Services Representative or Client Manager?
We encourage you to schedule a one-on-one meeting with your Virtual Premise Client Services Representative or Client Manager to discuss individual questions you may have. To set up a meeting, directly contact your client services rep via phone or email.
How do I get to the Loews Hotel Atlanta from the airport?
By taxi - one way fares from the airport to the Loews average $32.00, not including tip, plus $2.00 for each additional passenger.
By MARTA - Train fare is $2.50, plus a $1.00 charge for the purchase of a "breeze" card. To easily get to the Loews, board the MARTA train from the airport south terminal (red) going North. Exit at the Midtown Station onto 10th Street. Walk one block east to Peachtree Street and turn left. The hotel is one block north at Peachtree and 11th Street.

What about parking and transportation?
The self-parking fee at the Loews is $20.00 per day (enter from 12th Street) and valet parking at the Loews is $30.00 per day. Transportation to our Grand Gala Event is provided, so personal transportation is not necessary unless you plan on traveling outside of the conference. Attendees arriving at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport may utilize the MARTA transportation system, taxi service or rent a car from a large number of companies. How can I request special needs? (dietary or physical requirements)
Requests can be made in the online system when you register for the conference or may be sent via email to Natalie Meyer at nmeyer@virtualpremise.com. We will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.
What is the weather like in Atlanta during May?
Spring weather in Atlanta is typically just wonderful - not too hot and not too cold. You'll want a light jacket or sweater just in case, especially when you explore the midtown area, attend any outdoor social events, or when those meeting rooms are just a bit too chilly.
What is the conference attire?
Attire is business casual for the entire conference, although some attendees choose to dress up a bit for the Gala Event. Remember to always wear comfortable shoes and bring a light sweater in the event the session rooms feel chilly.
