Virtual Premise consulting investigate all critical functional areas of the real estate delivery organization within your company. During the engagement, all systems, processes, resources and inter-departmental touch points that exist within the current state of your real estate organization will be identified and documented across the entire real estate lifecycle. Additionally, company and departmental goals will be identified and documented to provide visibility into the strategic goal alignment that exists within your organization.
Each customer identifies key individuals within each of the functional areas to make up the Project Delivery Team who will be involved in a series of individual interviews and working sessions. Typically, the total project related workload for Project Delivery Team resources is approximately three full days over the course of two weeks. The workload of the person serving as project lead is approximately seven full days over the course of two-four weeks. The Virtual Premise team consists of a Vice President of Consulting and one-two Senior Consultants. The full real estate lifecycle consulting engagement normally is completed within four weeks, assuming all resources are available as described above.
