Pre-Implementation Planning Session - This is an initial review of current business practices accompanied by an estimation of time and resources required to implement your Virtual Premise solution. Activities include:

Design - This step involves determining the specific configurations that you need to meet your real estate goals. Activities include:

  • On-site project kickoff meeting
  • Review of the project plan and SOW
  • Development of design details
  • Sign-off of design wireframes (screen mock-ups)

Development - This phase ensures all requirements are accurately identified, configured and tested to your satisfaction. Activities include:

  • Configuration of forms
  • Basic navigation training
  • Client validation of the configuration
  • Sign-off of configuration

  • Development of integrations with other systems
  • Development of custom reports
  • Document imaging

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - This vital step in the VP|AIM methodology tests all the features and functionality to ensure your solution has been developed to your exact specifications. Activities include:

  • Full testing of integrations
  • Data validation
  • Testing of all reports
  • Full regression test of all forms
  • UAT sign-off
  • Creation of lease abstracting samples

Go Live - This is the day to celebrate! Your VP solution is up-and-running, meeting all planned deadlines and within budget. Activities include:

  • Consulting services implementation support
  • Transition to VP Client Management
  • Approval of lease abstracting samples

Lease Services - This phase ensures your database is populated with accurate lease information. Activities include:

  • Full product lease abstracting
  • Discrepancy reports

Client Management - This final step ensures a seamless transition to the VP Client Management Team which is your source for support on all matters related to your VP solution. Activities include:

  • On-going support
  • Management and execution of all change requests
  • Continual maintenance
