Using the Virtual Premise platform for Offline Content Editing, you can download your choice of leases, charges and variance information to Microsoft Excel. Use of Excel functionality easily allows you to sort, perform analysis, and mark approvals more quickly, even while disconnected from the Internet. Upon completion, just upload your changes back to Virtual Premise. Additionally, this functionality uses Virtual Premise’s email notification system, which allows you to send or receive an email or change a report when processing is complete.
As with Offline Content Editing, Administrators will appreciate the ability to cancel downloads and unlock downloaded records. And, this is all backed up with reporting that shows history, by person and activity, which provides solid footing for the challenges in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment.
