Software Developers
Virtual Premise has a dynamic and rapidly growing Software Development group! We are a Microsoft shop that runs an object oriented, multi-tier architecture. Our developers are involved in every aspect of the Product Life Cycle - from requirements gathering to deployment planning and release. Strong web development skills are required, including an advanced understanding about the details of the asp.net page/control model.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements meetings and help flush out questions and page flows
- Participate in architecture design meetings and code reviews
- Prototype of page flows and functionality on a project basis
- Design, develop and maintain code written in C# and VB.NET
- Participate in project status meetings as required and provide project status updates
- Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolutions of any project issues
- Develop Coded Unit Tests and coded UI Unit Tests using VS2010
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience building web based software using .NET 3.5 a must
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Technologies, specifically VB.NET, ASP, .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.0, XML, WCF, SQL Server, Web Services and use of VS 2010/2008
- Experience using CSLA a plus
- Experience working with .NET user profiles is a big plus
- Experience developing account applications preferred
- MCPD certification a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to create a cooperative relationship with customers

Client Services Representative
A Client Services Representative works with customers to resolve support and services related requests. This position reports to the Senior Manager - Client Services, and works as part of a team to serve and support all Virtual Premise customers post-implementation.
A Client Services Representative (CSR) will be assigned a group of customers for which they are responsible for providing Level 1 support and service, as needed. They will be required to work with customers and take the steps necessary to resolve and communicate resolutions to the customer in a timely and efficient manner using a combination of product knowledge, problem solving skills and internal resources. The representative will be responsible for managing issues of varying importance for multiple clients, providing appropriate details to resources for resolution to issues and tracking these issues through completion.
A CSR is expected to work independently to manage multiple, critical tasks simultaneously to meet due dates, as well as facilitate team activities and manage multiple streams of activity to ensure the timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate has experience supporting complex software applications, possesses a strong grasp of relational databases with SQL experience, is a quick learner and is technically proficient in MS Office.
Experience and Qualifications:
- In addition to analytical, technical and problem solving skills, the candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills
- The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to benefit the organization and maintain client satisfaction
- Work well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Work with little supervision and manage time and priorities in a high stress environment
- Experience with SQL Server (required)
- Experience with commercial real estate - basic knowledge of real estate industry specific business processes (recommended)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison with customers for service and support requests
- Work in coordination with Business Relationship Managers to expand customer adoption
- Demonstrate proficiency in requirements gathering, estimation, gaining customer approval, execution, testing and delivery of professional services requests for Virtual Premise customers
- Coordinate with Client Service Team members to ensure adherence to SLA requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Support all work management and quality control processes

Sales Representative
The primary purpose of this position is to achieve overall revenue goals. In order to complete this goal, the Sales Rep must create a complete territory business plan that supports generation of 3X his/her quota in pipeline opportunity. The Sales Rep must identify and qualify opportunities, and develop and drive strategy. The Sales Rep must develop an opportunity plan for each prospect opportunity, containing the prospect's issue and requirements, the Virtual Premise value proposition leveraging software and services offerings and the plan to successfully execute the communication of that value to the prospect. It is expected that the Sales Rep be able to create and foster executive relationships across multi-functional contacts within the prospect organization on their own, while positioning Virtual Premise's resources to assist in the sale.
Duties and Responsiblities:
To promote new sales opportunities comprised of SaaS and services to a defined terriroty and meet/exceed sales quota goals. This will require gaining a working knowledge of the Virtual Premise software and services offering to successfully accomplish:
- Territory and Account Planning
- Prospecting, qualifying, presenting and calling on executives from multiple departments (i.e., Corporate Real Estate, Lease Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.)
- Pipeline generation and execution
- Driving SaaS sales
- Proactive self-development
- Leveraging field resources to manage complex transactions
- Leveraging knowledge of Corporate Real Estate and/or ERP
Skills:
- Formal presentations, demonstrations to prospects
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, comfortable with facilitating web-based presentations/demonstrations and answering RFP's
- Working as a team-oriented, cross-departmental facilitator developing working relationships both internally and externally
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
Work Experience and Education:
- Minimum - Bachelor's Degree
- 3 or more years of sales experience
- Successfully sold and deployed enterprise technology across multiple markets
- Practiced solution-based sales approach to solving customer requirements
- Be a problem solver with a "whatever it takes" attitude and self motivation
