Details
Implementation Manager
The Implementation Manager will work within the Client Services division and will be responsible for managing the implementation process for the suite of Virtual Premise products. Responsibilities will include defining and documenting client requirements, system set up and configuration, system testing and client training.
Candidates will be expected to work independently to manage multiple critical tasks simultaneously to meet due dates as well as facilitating team activities and managing multiple streams of activity to ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, have a real estate and/or consulting background and will be a quick learner..
Reports to :
Director, Client Services
Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects to completion simultaneously

Interface with client users to define business processes and business requirements
-
Serves consultative role with client to advise on best practices where appropriate
-
Plays an active role in the configuration of the client’s system and coordinates development work with development manager
Requirements:
-
Proven pro-active team player and self-starter with the ability to drive decisions and consensus, and to resolve issues
-
Effective written and oral communication skills in order to liaise between the user community, executive sponsors and the technical team
-
Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
-
Excellent presentation skills and polished/professional demeanor
-
2 -5 years previous consulting/project management experience – real estate and/or software industry experience a plus

Expertise with MS Office, including MS Project and MS PowerPoint
-
Database and web based software experience a plus

Ability to train others in use of Virtual Premise products

Senior Lease Analyst
Senior Lease Analysts perform detailed lease abstracting and detailed quality control reviews. Additionally, this function manages acquisition and disposition due diligence tasks, document scanning and indexing, financial audits related to rents, operating expenses and reports, administrative functions, and other project related tasks.

Certified Paralegal

How do I apply
Project Manager
Project Managers in Lease Services are expected to manage multiple projects by assigning resources and distributing workflow. Additionally, project managers must perform document scanning and serve as the client contact. Using Virtual Premise, Inc. Project’s Module, project managers must manage all project-related tasks, inventories, reporting and project statistics. Additionally, project managers must produce monthly billings and performance reports.
