Our History
Virtual Premise, one of the industry’s leading providers of real estate and information management solutions, was founded in 1999 in Atlanta, Georgia for the purpose of bringing Web-based technology solutions to the real estate industry. The first release of the Virtual Premise software was in the summer of 2000. Since that time, several new major releases have been completed. In June 2003 the company acquired the assets of ASI International, the leading provider of Lotus Notes-based workflow management solutions to the real estate industry. This acquisition added to the product and domain knowledge of Virtual Premise and brought the number of companies using Virtual Premise to over 100. Our team of real estate and technology professionals is committed to providing outstanding solutions for our clients ranging from smaller office and retail properties to international Fortune 500 companies.
