M. Ponder Harrison, Chairman and CEO
During his over twenty years in business, Ponder Harrison has established a proven track record for entrepreneurial business development and sales and marketing expertise. Starting with Delta Air Lines in 1983, Mr. Harrison held responsibilities ranging from strategic planning to field operations services to route development and revenue management. This experience provided the skills necessary to start ValuJet/AirTran Airlines, which Mr. Harrison co-founded in 1993. Prior to leaving AirTran in 1998, Mr. Harrison was also directly responsible for all Internet-related activities. Mr. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.

M. Andrew Thomas, President and COO
Andy Thomas has twenty years of real estate and general management experience, having been involved in over $4 billion of commercial real estate transactions. As President and Chief Operating Officer since 2001, Mr. Thomas leads Virtual Premise's overall operations and strategy development. He spent twelve years at Equitable Real Estate; serving as an Executive Vice President with involvement in the start-up and growth of multiple new initiatives and companies. As Managing Director of RealEstate.com, Mr. Thomas oversaw the launch of the company's commercial Web site, negotiating agreements with strategic partners in both the real estate and technology arena. As Managing Director at Portman Holdings, he was responsible for fostering relationships with capital sources and developing capital strategies for the company's worldwide development projects. Mr. Thomas received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a BS in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Michael Pascale, Chief Product Officer
Michael Pascale brings over fifteen years experience in the fields of technology and commercial real estate to Virtual Premise. Mr. Pascale has been with the company since 2000 and currently serves as Chief Product Officer where he is responsible for the end-to-end Virtual Premise product and service line, overseeing multiple functional areas. Mr. Pascale's background has focused on IT strategies for commercial real estate companies and corporate clients. As the Director of Systems and Technology for a boutique real estate consulting firm, Mr. Pascale provided system integration and implementation services for a variety of software systems. Prior to his work in commercial real estate technology, Mr. Pascale served as an engineer for a defense contractor on high technology and prototype projects. Mr. Pascale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Optics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Emory University.

Michael "Mike" Hawkins, Managing Director, Accounts and Business Dev.
As Managing Director for Account Management and Business Development, Mr. Hawkins is responsible for expanding the company’s market share through ongoing business development and consulting activities with prospective customers. Mr. Hawkins responsibilities include the management of all Marketing and Sales activities. Prior to joining Virtual Premise, Mr. Hawkins was an Alliance Director in the Global Corporate Services Division of CB Richard Ellis where he worked on-site with several large corporations. His duties at CBRE included the delivery, integration and management of a full range of real estate services, to include Portfolio Management, Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Project and Construction Management, Facility Management and Executive Management Reporting. Having used numerous different technology platforms during his tenure at CBRE, Mr. Hawkins is well equipped to advise customers on the use of technology to support real estate operations. Mr. Hawkins holds a MBA from Cornell University and a BSBA in Finance from the Appalachian State University. He also holds the MCR designation from CoreNet Global and Real Estate Broker Licenses in North Carolina and Georgia. Mr. Hawkins is a retired United States Army Officer with more than twenty years of active commissioned service.

Eric Nelson, Vice President Finance and Administration
Eric joins Virtual Premise with over 12 years of financial management experience. He is responsible for all accounting, finance and human resources functions of the company. Prior to joining Virtual Premise, Eric was Vice President of Finance and Administration at GT Software, a leading mainframe SOA solution company with over 2000 installations worldwide, where he was responsible for all finance, HR and IT functions of the company. Before GT Software, Eric worked at other Atlanta-based technology companies such as Red Celsius - an application infrastructure software company and National Service Direct – a telemarketing services company. Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Charlie Pichette, Managing Director, Customer Operations
As Managing Director for Customer Operations, Mr. Pichette is responsible for enhancing the company’s relationship with its existing customers and for insuring the highest level of customer support and customer satisfaction. Mr. Pichette has over twenty years of technology experience, including Software Development, Quality Assurance Testing and in managing Customer Service teams. Prior to joining the company, he created and managed an outsourcing services business unit for a financial services consulting company. The business unit focused on providing long term information technology services to small and mid-sized financial services companies. Mr. Pichette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky.

Mr. Lee has over twenty years of technology development experience, including ten years developing web-based applications and managing development teams. Mr. Lee manages the software development teams at Virtual Premise, responsible for delivering new functionality, as well as ongoing requirements of existing customers. Prior to joining the company, he managed the team fulfilling all requirements for the development and ongoing management of a thin-client medical practice management application for the medical industry. In addition, Mr. Lee held key positions involved with developing a variety of applications for the Georgia Department of Education, The Centers for Disease Control, Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, and in the Legal and Entertainment vertical markets. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Auburn University.

Rufus A. Chambers, Jr., Managing Director, Landlord Solutions
Mr. Chambers has over twenty three years of real estate experience in the commercial and residential real estate industries with a broad background in real estate including capital market activities, transactions, development, investment management, evaluation and analysis of structured transactions. Mr. Chambers has worked as a Managing Director of Tricord Capital, LLC, President of Chastain Capital Corporation, Senior Vice President of Lend Lease and Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. during the course of his career. Mr. Chambers has also worked in a variety of capacities with real estate related technology companies including Fifth Wave Systems, WebTone Technologies, BrightPath Wireless and Virtual Premise. Currently, Mr. Chambers is responsible for the landlord market as a Managing Director of Virtual Premise, a commercial and corporate real estate leasing software application firm. Mr. Chambers received a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia.

Jimmy Dykes, Director, Implementation Services
Mr. Dykes has been with Virtual Premise since early 2000 and brings over eight years of commercial real estate and technology experience. He is responsible for the management of software implementations, customer support and the oversight of the company’s account management program. During this time Mr. Dykes has gained extensive experience in the utilization of technology for the management of corporate real estate and works closely with the Virtual Premise customers to enhance their use of the technology and to assist clients with process improvements. Prior to Virtual Premise, Jimmy worked for a commercial real estate consulting company focused on portfolio valuations, financial analysis and financial due diligence. During this time Mr. Dykes analyzed over $6 billion worth of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Dykes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Emory University.

Kelly Kepley, Director, Lease Services Division
Ms. Kepley has over eighteen years experience in the areas of real estate management and technology. Ms. Kepley oversees the day-to-day management of the company’s Lease Services Division. Prior to joining Virtual Premise, Ms. Kepley worked for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) managing the lease administration outsourcing account for a Fortune 5 company. Prior to ACS, Ms. Kepley spent ten years in property management for a retail shopping center owner and five years as a real estate consultant, working with owners and corporations to implement technology and data management and reporting strategies. Ms. Kepley holds s BA degree from Catawba College and is proficient in the management of numerous lease and property management systems including MRI, JD Edwards, Timberline, Horizon and others.

Yaton Bowens, Enterprise Architect
Mr. Bowens has ten years of experience designing and architecting enterprise solutions. He is responsible for providing technical leadership, managing the Virtual Premise solution platform, and heading the development group. Prior to joining Virtual Premise, Mr. Bowens served as a Senior Consultant for Intellinet Corporation, specializing in the architecting and implementing of EAI and B2B solutions on a variety of platforms. Serving over fifteen Fortune 500 clients, he directed product, developer, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise solutions. Prior to working for Intellinet, spent seven years leading the design, development, implementation, and integration of several line of business applications for companies such as Cox Enterprises, Worldspan, Promina Health Systems, and Siemens. Mr. Bowens studied Mathematics and Business Administration at Dekalb College, and then Georgia State University. He also holds MCSD, MCAD, and MCDBA certifications from Microsoft®.

Debora Tucker, Director, Marketing and Communications
As Director of Marketing for Virtual Premise, Ms. Tucker is responsible for establishing the company’s marketing strategy and for the execution of all marketing and corporate communications initiatives, including brand management, customer communications, and lead generation. Ms. Tucker brings more than 15 years of business-to-business marketing and communications experience to her role, the majority of which has been with technology and services organizations, including Kurt Salmon Associates, Manhattan Associates, STI Knowledge and MAPICS. Her career has focused on helping companies strengthen their competitive advantage through successful rebranding projects, unique demand generation activities, and market awareness campaigns. These initiatives have contributed to significant customer retention and new customer growth rates. Ms. Tucker holds a BA degree in Communications from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.
