With Virtual Premise, each client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager that works with you on all technical and business issues on an on-going basis. Implementation
Implementation services get your organization up and running and may include many of the other services listed herein.
Integration
Experienced integration specialists will assist in integrating Virtual Premise with other systems core to your business, such as Accounts Payable (AP) or General Ledger (GL).
Customizations
If our highly configurable solution does not fully meet your business requirements, or you have a very specialized need, you may contract Virtual Premise to tailor your solution through customizations to meet your exact specifications.
Report Development
Need custom reports containing summaries, graphs, charts etc.? Professional Services can turn those existing reports you spend hours compiling every month into boardroom-ready reports that are one click away.
Training
Application, administration, configuration and report training is available so that you can make the most out of your Virtual Premise solution.
Testing
Adequate testing for your solution and specific configuration is critical to the success of any implementation.
On-going Support
Assistance via phone, email and fax from the Professional Services team for issues and questions that arise during the use of the Virtual Premise Global Real Estate Management Solution or any other from among our products.
Discovery/Project Scope
Discovery/Project Scope is an information gathering engagement where Virtual Premise’s experienced consultants review your existing business practices, use of your current systems/process and conduct question/analysis sessions to determine the best method for implementing the Virtual Premise solution. The outputs from this exercise include detailed functional requirements and a product plan for delivering on those requirements.

If requirements cannot be met through configuration settings, then custom programming engagements can be arranged. This would include determination of requirements, project scope and time/cost estimation, in addition to the actual programming work. Minor customizations for reporting, custom screens and similar items can also be arranged.

Report Development
The robust Ad Hoc Reporting system native to Virtual Premise can accommodate the majority of users’ reporting needs; however you may have circumstances that require more stringent reporting, calling for custom reports. The Professional Services team is at your disposal to turn your custom report requirements into reality. These reports can range from a basic presentation of data to interactive charts and graphs summarizing your information. These reports can be built for numerous output preferences including PDF, XLS and RTF.

Training
While the Virtual Premise Global Real Estate Management System™ is a very intuitive and easy to use application, having the appropriate amount of training is essential to driving adoption and value out of your solution. Our Professional Services team can host various types of training sessions for your staff. These include on site training, WebEx™ training (via the internet) or training at Virtual Premise corporate offices in Atlanta, GA. Testing towards the end of the implementation, Professional Services tests the completed solution including configuration settings, integration and customizations to make sure the entire solution is working as specified prior to go live date. On-going testing can be arranged to perform quality checks on new functionality, configurations/customizations or on business processes.

On-going Support
As part of each client’s maintenance contract, support is available to help with daily issues that may arise during the use of your system. Support can be obtained via phone, email or through the Virtual Premise application itself.
