 Special Conference Hotel Room Rate

• $169 per night (plus current tax rate of 15% for sales and occupancy fees) for single and double occupancy
• Special room rate cut off date is April 23, 2012. To make hotel reservations, you must call the Loews Atlanta Hotel at 888-563-9736. Mention event code VIR088. Special hotel rate and rooms now based on availability.
• Special room rate is available for an additional three days before and three days after the conference from May 11-19, 2012 
• You are required to leave credit card information when you make your reservation, but you will not be charged for one night's stay in advance (see hotel room cancelation policy below)

*Rate includes complimentary wired and wireless internet access in your hotel room.

Hotel check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. If you are checking out on the 16th, the last day of the conference, you may leave your luggage downstairs with the concierge, and pick it up as you leave since check-out is 12:00 noon. (The conference will end at 4:00 p.m. on May 16.)

Hotel Room Cancelation Policy

The cancelation of guaranteed hotel reservations must be received by The Loews 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax. If you must cancel your hotel room, please do so by calling the Loews Atlanta Hotel at (888) 563-9736.

Taxi

One way taxi fare from the airport to the Loews Atlanta Hotel averages $32.00, plus $2.00 per each additional passenger, not including driver tip.

MARTA

Travelers can board the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) train from within the airport south terminal (red). Train fare is $2.50, plus a $1.00 charge for the purchase of a new "breeze" ticket. Service runs from 5:00am-1:30am on weekdays with trains departing every four to five minutes, and services run 5:00am-12:30am on weekends with trains departing every 10-15 minutes. After boarding a Northbound train, Loews Atlanta guests should exit at the Midtown Station onto 10th Street. Walk one block east to Peachtree Street and turn left. Hotel Parking

The self-parking fee at the Loews is $20.00 per day or $3 for the first hour and $1 for each additional half hour with a maximum of $15 for those who are not staying over night. You may enter the parking deck from 12th Street. Valet parking is $30.00 per day available from the front of the hotel on 11th street.

Driving Directions

From Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL)

• Proceed south on Airport Boulevard/South Terminal Parkway toward Airport Circle
• Turn right onto Riverdale Road and merge onto Interstate 85 North
• Take the 10th/14th Street Exit, turn right at the first light (10th Street)
• Proceed on 10th Street. At the 3rd light take a left onto Peachtree Street
• The Loews Atlanta Hotel is on block on the right

From the North (I-75/I-85)

• Take Interstate 75/85 South to the Techwood/14th Street Exit, turn left at the first light (14th Street) and proceed east to Peachtree Street
• Turn right on Peachtree Street
• The Loews Atlanta Hotel is located on the left hand side

From the South (I-75/I-85)

• Take Interstate 75/85 North to the 10th/14th Street Exit, turn right at the first light (10th Street)
• Proceed on 10th Street. At the 3rd light take a left onto Peachtree Street
• The Loews Atlanta Hotel is one block on the right

From the West (I-20)

• Continue east on Interstate 20 to Interstate 75/85 North and take the 10th/14th Street exit
• Turn right onto 14th Street
• Turn right onto Peachtree Street
• The Loews Atlanta Hotel is located on the left hand side

From the East (I-20)

• Continue west on Interstate 20 to Interstate 75/85 North and take the 10th/14th Street exit
• Merge onto Williams Street NW, turn right at 10th Street
• Turn left onto Peachtree Street
