The registration fee for the 2010 Customer Conference includes all official program activities, including meals and social events. If you are bringing personal guests with you to enjoy Atlanta, they may attend the social events only, at a package price of $150 per guest. Adults only, please. During registration, you will be able to indicate any special requirements you may need for which we are happy to make accommodations. Special Grand Hyatt Hotel Rate The Grand Hyatt Atlanta, in the elegant Buckhead district, offers a beautiful and functional environment for our conference. Located close to numerous nightspots, great restaurants and high-end shopping, you’ll enjoy one of Atlanta’s best hotels. The per night room rate for attendees is $169, plus applicable taxes. You are required to make a one-night non-refundable deposit to secure your room.
Easy online registration can be accessed by clicking the link below or at the top of this page. You can register for the conference and make your hotel reservations from this one link. Conference fees must be paid in U.S. dollars by credit card or check (payable to Virtual Premise, Inc.). You will find these payment options as you navigate through the registration screens. If you choose “Check” as a payment option, you can also download an invoice immediately. When reserving your room for the Grand Hyatt Atlanta, you are required to make a one-night non-refundable deposit via credit card to secure your room. This special room rate is extended for three days before and after the conference for the convenience of any attendees who want to enjoy Atlanta for a few extra days.

Justify Your Attendance at VP|Connect 2010 We know that budgets are still stretched pretty thin. Taxis – One way fares from the airport to the Grand Hyatt Atlanta range from $40 - $60, depending on traffic. Shuttle Service The Atlanta Link is the exclusive shuttle service running to and from the airport. Rates to Buckhead are $20.50 one way or $37 roundtrip. Service operates from 6-12am. MARTA
Car Rentals and Hotel Parking Fees Attendees arriving to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport can rent a car from a large number of companies. The self-parking fee at the Grand Hyatt is $20 per day and the valet parking fee is $30 per day. Grand Hyatt Atlanta offers guests a complimentary shuttle service to local office parks and shopping centers with a two-mile radius of our location. Shuttle service runs Monday through Friday at 7:45am, 8:15am and 8:45am Service after 9:15am, including evening pick up, is subject to availability with reservations made through the van driver.
Spring weather in Atlanta is typically just wonderful – not too hot and not too cold. You’ll want a light jacket or sweater just in case, especially when you explore the Buckhead area, attend any outdoor social events, or when those meeting rooms are just a bit too chilly. General conference attire is business casual.
